Stacey is a highly experienced solicitor who has worked at Olliers for 25 years. She is responsible for all aspects of financial and operational compliance and is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) as well as being the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).
She ensures the entire firm adheres to Olliers’ Service Pledge overseeing all aspects of our processes and procedures leading to optimum levels of client care. In addition, Stacey deals with all aspects of data protection, risk and compliance within Olliers as well as being an integral part of the firm’s Senior Management Team.
She is an important part of the firm’s training and development programme, monitoring the supervision and development of our trainee and junior solicitors.
Stacey is also responsible for liaison with the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) and coordinates our yearly Legal Aid Agency audits and monitoring visits.
