Kerry has experience of all aspects of Corporate and Commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, share capital reorganisations, business venture agreements and contract review/ drafting. Kerry also advises and assists with intellectual property matters, including trade mark applications and amending companies’ IP portfolios.

Education

Kerry joined the Corporate team at Harrison Drury in July 2015, after graduating with a first class degree in Law and subsequently achieving a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from the University of Central Lancashire.
