Jack commenced a training contract with Harrison Drury in September 2014 having completed a law degree at the University of Central Lancashire. He qualified into the Corporate & Commercial team in September 2016, and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in January 2019, with his most recent promotion to Senior Associate Solicitor in April 2021. Jack works out of the Lancaster office.

Jack regularly acts on matters of significant value and complexity. Jack has built up specific expertise in advising software companies, manufacturers, petrochemical companies and sports clubs. Jack specialises in dealing with all aspects of Corporate & Commercial law, including:

• Buying and selling businesses;
• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Business structures and business protection;
• Corporate restructures;
• Commercial and consumer contracts;
• Commercial property;
• Intellectual property.

As a member of the firm’s Leisure Team, Jack has also gained significant experience of dealing with a range of matter for businesses in the sector including hotels, caravan parks and public houses.
