Advisory work is a key activity for the group, spanning matter of compliance, enforcement and electric transmission tariffs. Joseph Williams and others represent the owner of a gas-fired generator in a complaint against an ISO with the objective of altering market design. Additionally, Williams and Jonathan Franklin (head of the appellate practice) act for a regulated electric utility in a petition for review of FERC orders on transmission cost allocation.
