Evans leads the firm’s data privacy offering, handling multi-jurisdictional privacy issues across the spectrum of compliance, strategy, and regulatory response issues with a focus on emerging technologies. Cybersecurity is a notable strength of the firm, headed by Flockhart who has significant experience advising on the various aspects of risk management, global crisis response coordination, and incident response and impact mitigation.  Working alongside them is Lara White, who is recommended for her expertise advising retail and consumer clients in relation to privacy obligations.
