Joined Nockolds in 1999 and qualified into Personal Injury in 2001, and in 2002 became Team Leader, specialising in clinical negligence. Jennie was made a Partner in January 2008.

In 2014, Jennie expanded the Nockolds ADR division and relaunched the Optical Consumer Complaints Service under a contract awarded by the General Optical Council. The service focuses on proportionate and effective mediation of complaints against optical professionals and their businesses across the UK. In 2016, Jennie went  on to launch the Veterinary Client Mediation Service which is funded by Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and provides alternative dispute resolution for all complaints and concerns involving Veterinary Practices in the UK, which are not serious professional misconduct. In 2017 Jennie led the project which saw Nockolds as the first and only law firm to be certified as an approved ADR provider by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. Jennie continues to specialise in the use of mediation and ADR within regulated professions and business to secure effective resolution and regulation benefiting those within the professions, improving practice standards to ultimately benefit clients/patients and members of the public generally.
