Partner. Areas of practice are asset, invoice and banking finance in which he has over 13 years' experience, including asset and finance litigation, recovery of assets, securing payment, international and national recovery.

Simon also specialises in property disputes, including commercial rent and service charge recovery; possession proceedings, distraint and forfeiture; repair claims (dilapidations) during a lease and at the determination of a lease; actions relating to breaches of covenant; break options; recovery of land or premises from unlawful occupiers or squatters; boundaries, rights of way or nuisance claims; adverse possession actions and Party Walls Act disputes.

Simon’s practice areas also include insolvency litigation such as recovery of property and assets on behalf of insolvency practitioners; administrations, receiverships and liquidations; CVAs; IVAs; director disqualification; bankruptcy; reservation of title; implications for landlords – tenant insolvency; corporate rescue and recovery; commercial litigation; and professional negligence.
