Simon is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial department at Myerson.

Simon joined Myerson in December 2021, having previously worked for North West law firm Bermans following successful completion of his training at Laytons.

As a member of our Corporate team, specialising in corporate matters, Simon has experience in working upon a variety of corporate instructions, including share acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations and incorporations.

Education

He graduated from the University of Liverpool with an upper second-class degree and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Manchester part-time.

Whilst completing the Legal Practice Course Simon worked as a paralegal at Addleshaw Goddard in the transaction services team gaining experience across a number of areas of law.

Personal

Outside of work, Simon has a keen interest in film and politics whilst he also enjoys cycling at the weekends.
