Andrew is a solicitor in the Real Estate team specialising in commercial property, in particular landlord and tenant matters.

Andrew deals with a wide range of matters relating to commercial property, including landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions of commercial development sites, agreements for the sale and acquisition of residential development sites both by way of conditional contracts and options, secured lending work, voluntary land registrations, and property issues arising from corporate sales and acquisitions.

Andrew is able to draw on his past experience acting for a national retailer and national house builder. Andrew seeks to provide pragmatic advice and commercially focused solutions to problems that arise during transactions to enable clients to complete transactions.

Andrew is originally from High Legh near Knutsford and joined Aaron & Partners from national law firm Weightmans in March 2012.
