Winter & Co is a specialist maritime firm established in August 2022 following the demerger of Winter Scott LLP. With Glenn Winter as Senior Partner, it is a dynamic mix of first-class lawyers and mariners (including Ken Scott as a Consultant) with a great wealth of knowledge and experience.

Winter & Co supports the Charlotte Children’s Village, officially named Charlotte Baby Home, a British registered charity (no. 1127192) which is located in Adjumani, Uganda and home to more than 70 abandoned and orphaned South Sudanese children.
