Mergers and acquisitions: M&A is one of core strengths and core practices that we offer with over twenty-years of experience. We represent both international and domestic clients, sellers, buyers, joint ventures, investors, private equities at all sectors including regulated ones and at all levels from entry into the market to expansion and exit and all procedures including due diligence, transaction, obtaining regulatory approvals and closing.

Dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration): Our team has solid dispute resolution experience in litigation before Turkish courts, including commercial, civil, labor and administrative courts, in addition to the Court of Appeals and Council of State. Our work includes complex commercial, civil, labor and administrative disputes in a variety of sectors, such as energy, chemicals, mining, construction, entertainment, IT. Our team also has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitrations under a variety of institutional rules, including the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ISTAC, where they represent domestic and international clients as counsel before the tribunals. We also provide legal services in enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court decisions in relation to business matters and execution proceedings for debt collection.

Employment: Our team provides legal services for employment including both litigation for employment disputes of every kind and legal advice in relation to employment matters including negotiation, drafting and termination of employment contracts in addition to issues regarding labor union law and social security law.
