Career

Registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association since 2019. He joined “Vong Hin Fai Lawyers & Private Notary” in 2015 and is currently practicing as a lawyer of the firm. In January 2020, he was granted the qualification of Hong Kong and Macau lawyers by the Department of Justice, Guangdong Province, and is currently Macau lawyer of Renhe QiBang Xianhui (Hengqin) Joint Law Firm. He is also a part-time lecturer of Faculty of Law of the University of Macau and of the Macau Institute of Management, teaching, respectively, International Private Law and Commercial Law and certificate programs.

Has extensive experience in various legal fields, especially commercial law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law, family law, inheritance law, and private international law. He has participated in several legal studies programs held by certain department of the Macau government and in court trials as attorney of certain public bureau. He is currently serving as legal advisor for a number of corporations and associations. He also actively participates in the promotion of arbitration and mediation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area being currently arbitrator and accredited mediator of the Macau World Trade Center Arbitration Center, and mediator of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Intellectual Property Mediation Center.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau with Bachelor Degree of Law in 2014, and completed Master Degree of Law at the same Faculty in 2018.
