Although Drazen’s experience is predominantly in commercial disputes, insolvency and debt recoveries, he is also experienced in estate litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, equity and trusts, and negligence claims acting for both defendants and claimants. He has acted for companies, individuals, directors and associations in tribunals and courts in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Drazen is a strategic litigator with 12 years’ post admission experience, whose focus is on providing costs effective and practical solutions in the best interest of his clients with a strong focus on customer service. Drazen will always ensure that his clients are well informed and advised about their legal positions and options.
