Position

Nick is a Partner in the Real Estate department, with over 20 years’ experience in development projects and the purchase and sale of high-value investment properties.

Nick’s clients include Delancey, Chelsfield, Derwent London plc, Trophaeum Asset Management, Essential Living, Londonewcastle, Rowan Asset Management, Seaforth Land, Metropolitan and District Securities, Notting Hill Genesis and Gymbox.

Recent matters include acting for Chelsfield and The Olayan Group in relation to the 3.5 acre Knightsbridge Estate, including advising on the development of the northern section of the Estate including the first pre-letting to Burberry, and advising Trophaeum Asset Management on the acquisitions of both 139 and 144-146 New Bond Street.

Nick also advised Metropolitan District Securities on the acquisition, development and forward sale of the former Leeds City College Technology campus site, for a new student accommodation complex.
