Position
Nicola is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department, specialising in cases involving allegations of fraud, deceit and misappropriation.
She has particular experience of obtaining and defending freezing orders, data protection and data privacy issues and dealing with theft of confidential information. She has also been involved in numerous cases involving claims under the Commercial Agents Regulations, on both the claimant and defendant side.
In addition to general commercial litigation and regulatory matters, Nicola has a particular focus on financial services, telecoms, media and technology and betting and gaming sectors.
