Both national and international insurance companies benefit from the niche competences: from designing products for the various insurance sectors and drafting specific and contractual terms (general insurance terms, wording), to the evaluation of questions of liability and coverage, representing insured in liability disputes (at the request of the insurer) and mounting a defence as part of coverage disputes. Strasser Haindl Meyer boasts an outstanding core competence in claims monitoring for large insurance claims.

Strasser Haindl Meyer supports its clients extrajudicial and before courts or authorities. We are also counselling in arbitration and mediation proceedings. In this context, Strasser Haindl Meyer acts both as a monitoring or coverage counsel as well as defence counsel appointed by the insurer.
