Dr. Boanerges Rodríguez Freire has extensive experience in the corporate, financial, securities and dispute resolution areas. He advises multilateral organizations, government agencies, banks, and financial institutions, locally and abroad, in the structuring of financing for the implementation of infrastructure and development projects. In his extensive professional career, he has led complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce and has participated in local, international and investment arbitrations.  In the academic field, he has been an undergraduate and graduate professor at the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil and is in charge of the chairs of Civil Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods.
