I specialise in all aspects of commercial real estate and have particular experience in investment transactions, refinancing transactions, development work, landlord and tenant matters and carrying out due diligence on corporate acquisitions and finance transactions with underlying real estate assets.

I have advised a wide range of clients in the real estate investment, development and retail sectors, including several major landlords, property companies, developers and other smaller clients, including restaurateurs, hedge funds, debt funds and UK & foreign investment companies.
