Özlem Bulut Penezoğlu is head of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate and Commercial Law departments at Penezoğlu Law Firm. She has represented many national and international clients at various mergers and acquisitions deals, day-to-day commercial actions and operations. She provides legal advice and assistance to international investors and national firms on all fields of company and commercial law as well as corporate actions. She has led many M&A projects on various fields such as construction, real estate, technology, retail, energy, banking, food and beverages, tourism and e-commerce.
