Proluco Abogados & Economistas was established in 1999 by Mr Luis Miguel Abajo Antón and started out as a firm specialising in the various branches of Law and the Economy from the standpoint of present-day business.
From the outset, the firm’s mission has focused on practising the law and providing companies with tailor-made advisory services, building up a close relationship of trust, loyalty and confidentiality between practitioner and client.

The firm has developed two IT tools to comply with mandatory regulations in Spain.
We therefore believe Proluco to be firmly commited to advances in law applied technology and IT.
EMPLOYMENT AREA (awarded in 2022)
Proluco advises corporate clients on the full range of matters in the area of practice, including litigation and non-litigation.
Highly active in litigation issues, with a particularly strong caseload relating to individual dismissals, and severance procedures (senior executives and employees).
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the employment team has advised over 60 companies on furlough schemes, temporary redundancy plans, and the cutting or reducing of hours due to force majeure and for organisational and productive reasons under Arts. 22 and 23 of Spanish Royal Decree 8/2020 and additional regulations.
Over the past twelve months, the team has advised a large number of clients in various sectors, including multinationals, large companies and SMEs, as well as individuals.
