• Advising EMZ on its Sponsorless acquisition of Weyou from FCDE
• Advising the majority shareholder of Coutot-Roehrig on the investment of CAPZA and Bpifrance (primary LBO)
• Advising the Delachaux family on the minority investment of CDPQ in Delachaux Group

Career

After 3 years spent in an international law firm, she joined the corporate M&A team of Desfilis in 2012. In 2021, she participated in the creation of Moncey Avocats where she became a partner.
Marie-Victoire holds a master’s degree in management science (University of Paris 9 – Dauphine), a master’s degree in business law (University of Paris II – Assas) and a post-graduate degree in business law (University of Paris 9 – Dauphine).
