Career

Prior to the establishment of Meziou & Elleuch law firm, Farah worked for OiLSERV in Dubai and Avocats Tunisiens Reunis law firm in Tunisia.

Farah is a member of the Tunis Bar and is expected to be admitted to the Paris Bar by year-end 2022.

Farah Elleuch advises on the development of projects in Tunisia and the MENA region. She has significant experience acting for service companies and contractors on a wide variety of oil and gas projects. Corporate commercial and tax lawyer with seven years of experience in a law firm and an Oil Service company, Farah assisted in drafting, negotiating key contracts and other documents for projects in various industries including Tourism, Real Estate, Power, Oil & Gas and IT & Telecoms. Farah worked closely on large scale real estate and leisure projects and also advised on M&As in the hotel industry in Tunisia. Her work includes advising on oil and gas service agreements and related tender documents, sale and purchase agreements, put and call agreements, commercial loans, performance bonds, shareholders’ agreements, joint development agreements and international sale of goods and services contracts.

Farah is deeply familiar with Tunisian legal framework when it comes to investment incentives, establishing, operating and liquidating a business in Tunisia, intellectual property, employment, competition and consumer laws, with an extensive experience in dealing with commercial dispute resolution.
