Mr. Khan started his career in 2011, as a Law Clerk for Justice G.S. Sistani (Retd. Judge, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi) and shortly after joined as an attorney with Fox Mandal and Co. where he contributed to the dispute resolution team handling a range of matters including the first bilateral treaty arbitration in India. Having over 10 years of experience in the field of commercial law and identification of  legal strategies, Mr Khan has gained recognition for his ability to lead clients with strong commercial insight and his experience in the field of dispute resolution encompasses in various industries and sectors.

Mr Khan has also been associated with a major Alcobev company as the Chief Legal Officer wherein he managed a significant IP portfolio and streamlined in-house working. Having also been associated with litigation team of Tier 1 law firm, AZB and Partners, Mr. Khan brings forward a highly professional working ethics which meets client goals in an efficient manner. During his practice over the years Mr. Khan has advised and represented many PSUs, Fortune 500 Companies as well as high net worth individuals. Mr Khan, in the recent past has also been associated with the chamber of Mr. Percival Billimoria, Senior Advocate, who is also Who’s Who Legal’s thought leaders of the world and one of the leading commercial lawyers in Asia.

Mr. Khan has imbibed sophistication and a diverse range of experience that is unique in addressing client goals. His specialty is Dispute Resolution which has involved large scale litigation and arbitrations with particular emphasis on multi-jurisdictional disputes spread across a huge range – from breach of Share Purchase Agreements to Oil Exploration Contracts and Bilateral Investment Treaty claims. He appears and represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across India, Quasi-Judicial Bodies such as the National Company Law Tribunal and other courts. Having advised and represented a range of clients including leading Indian business houses, multinational corporations and international organisations Mr. Khan is a figure who inspires the greatest confidence in his clients. He has advised on varied corporate advisory related issues including transaction structuring, tax, operational efficiencies and regulatory issues.
