Career

Bruno has been working with tax matters for more than 10 years, advising on various matters of tax planning, international taxation, and domestic corporate taxation. Before joining Finocchio & Ustra, he actively participated in major M&A and tax structuring projects for multinationals in the international tax department of KPMG in São Paulo, where he started his career.

His experience in international consulting and specific knowledge of accounting and corporate finance shaped his approach to tax projects in the most diverse segments, such as private equity, pharmaceutical, food, technology, agribusiness, and in the planning of individual wealth.
