Career
James advises businesses and organisations in the life sciences sector on intellectual property issues and commercial contracting, with longstanding and deep knowledge of research and technology collaborations, intellectual property licensing and the distribution of medical and medicinal products.
He also advises on regulatory issues relevant to the sector, such as product classification and advertising. His clients include pharmaceutical and biotech businesses, medical device and technology businesses, universities, charities, research institutes and government organisations.
