Career
Mike has nearly forty years’ experience in Real Estate. He has made partner in four law firms, including Mills & Reeve, which he joined in January 2018 as Head of Manchester Real Estate. He was also Head of Real Estate in two of his previous firms, Main Board and Remuneration Committee Member in one of them and national People Partner in another. He has lectured in law at tertiary level and he was, for many years, an Examiner for the Law Society. Mike is a development and regeneration lawyer, having acted on some of the largest deals in the region and beyond. His clients include developers in both the public and private sectors, property companies, investors, institutions and occupiers and he manages come of the Firm’s major client relationships.
