Carley has acted for a range of clients including commercial landlords, national organisations, business owners and property investors. She has niche experience in healthcare-related transactions, acting on pharmacy and dental practice sales and acquisitions as well as general commercial property sales, purchases and leases. She also has extensive experience in acting for commercial mortgage lenders and in property refinancing.

Carley trained at LCF Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She joined FTA Law in 2017 as a commercial property solicitor and was promoted to Head of Commercial Property in 2019. Carley joined Carter Bond in 2022.
