Career
Howard is barrister with over 20 years’ experience. He advises on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment and selection through to managing employment relationships to their conclusion. As well as acting for employers, Howard also represents individuals in senior positions, advising them on new contracts, post-termination restrictions, boardroom issues and severance negotiations.
Howard was called to the Bar in 1994 after completing a pupillage at Littleton Chambers. After a spell in chambers, from 1997 he moved into various law firms: Capsticks, Berwin Leighton Paisner (now BCLP), Howard Kennedy and Rochman Landau (which merged with Ashfords). Howard joined Carter Bond in 2016.
