Annette is a Solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser with extensive experience in a wide spectrum of taxation.
Among other things, her experience covers corporate taxes (with an emphasis on M&A, corporate finance and capital markets), share options and other types of employee and executive participation, transaction taxes (such as VAT and stamp duty) and employment taxes.
Annette has worked with clients of all sizes, from large multi-nationals to fledgling start-ups, and in recent years has been growing her tax practice with an increased focus on the venture capital and technology sector. In June 2021, Annette joined Humphreys Law full-time as a Partner and Head of Tax.
In her free time, she enjoys music, literature and sports.
