Career

Vitor has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Capital Markets, having participated in several operations in the most varied sectors of the economy. Vitor is a guest professor at the postgraduate courses at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA-USP), at Trevisan Escola de Negócios and at FK Partners. He writes several specialized articles and gives lectures and classes on the themes of Corporate Law and Capital Markets. Member of the Brazilian Committee of Business Evaluators (CBAN), of the National Association of Finance, Administration and Accounting Executives (ANEFAC); Member of the Management Committee of Civil Defenses and Guards of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP); Associate of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP). Vitor also holds a Professional Certification of Marketing and Distribution of Investment Products by the National Association of Investment Banks (ANBID).
