Gabriel has extensive experience advising foreign and domestic investors in structuring and implementing operations in Brazil. Currently, he provides first-class services for his clients in debt (including traditional financing, trade finance, and project finance), real estate, and capital market operations. Furthermore, he has provided innovative legal advisory services in the structuring of investment funds (FIPs, FIDCs, FIMs and FIIs) and insurance operations mainly connected with agribusiness and real estate industries.
