Career

Mr. Mohamed El-Kashash is a practicing lawyer, he currently serves as a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal in Egypt. he is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and Arab Lawyers Union.

Mr. Mohamed holds his LL.B and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial & Economic Sciences from Mansoura University, in addition to a Master’s degree in Private Law from Ain Shams University.

Mr. Mohamed has extensive experience in financial and commercial laws, as well as regulatory procedures for doing business, formulating governance policies, restructuring, project financing and asset management.

 

Mr. Mohamed began his career in Egypt working for a year in the legal department in a major investment company, before practicing law in several reputable law firms with a proven track record of accomplishments in the field of litigation and dispute resolution.

 

In 2013, he moved to Saudi Arabia and worked as a consultant in the Department of Litigation and Arbitration in a reputable law firm, and had a prominent role in resolving many judicial disputes and high-value arbitration cases in favor of clients.

 

During the period from 2014 to 2021, Mr. Mohamed ran his own legal consultancy and law firm in Egypt, where he pleaded dozens of criminal cases, and represented many individuals and companies before various litigation bodies in complex and high-value disputes related to the contracting, construction, healthcare, retail and family-owned businesses sectors. He also engaged in mediation and negotiation in many high-value contracts and deals, and served as a legal advisor to many companies and institutions.

 

Mr. Mohamed is also interested in legislation and legal aspects related to historical heritage and preservation of cultural and architectural heritage, and since 2019 he was chosen in his hometown as an advisor to the legal committee of the Port Said Historical Society.
