Practice areas
Capital markets: We are historically competent in guiding clients through listings and de-listings, legal and governance audits, corporate bond issues, setting up of fund management companies, establishing foreign and local currency denominated collective investment schemes (unit trusts), as well as advising on REITS, among various capital market transactions. Our advisory services cover all areas of securities law, and public offers, including listings and de-listings, and rights issues.

Corporate and commercial law: We have over the years gained deep knowledge and vast experience in setting up and advising venture capital and private equity funds. We are proud to have advised a number of start-ups in their various financing stages. We speak Venture Capital and Private Equity fluently, and have been advisors in several privatisation and corporate restructuring transactions as well

Corporate finance: Our articulacy in corporate finance affords us a broad-spectrum of legal services derived from advising on, structuring, and drafting debt and equity financing documentation. But we go further; we are seasoned drafters of facility agreements, securities such as debentures and guarantees, loan note instruments, commercial paper and bond offer documents, and convertible debt instruments for complex financing undertakings including multi-currency transactions, syndicated loan arrangements and offshore financing.
