Nannapas Phatcharakeatkanok is senior associate in the corporate practice group. She has extensive experience working on key corporate matters i.e., implement business structure and deal including drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts for client e.g., Shareholders Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Employment Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement and etc.

She also provides legal advice in connection with the business operation in many fields e.g., entertainment, production, software, restaurant, industry and trading and the corporate transaction e.g., registration and license request for foreign business and investment promotion. Apart from the corporate matters,  she also has an experience in intellectual property field for both domestic and international clients focusing on trademark matter.
