Certified Pubblic Accountant and Registered Auditor, Daniele is a qualified tax specialist with over 30 years’ experience where he gained in a tax department of one big audit firm (up to Partner) and in one of the major independent law firm in Italy as head of the tax department.
He has focused heavily in international tax, financial cross border transaction and the relevant tax litigation; in particular, he retains a strong interest in corporate tax assisting multinational companies operating in Italy and Italian entrepreneurs and companies wishing to set up and expand in foreign market.
Lecturer of conventions, seminars and courses he is teacher of the Master in Tax Law (“Il Sole 24 Ore) and member of the training committees. He is Head of the Tax Corporate in Milan and partner of Belluzzo Mercanti.
