He advises companies and other types of organizations on all employment-related matters including workforce engagement and restructuring, complex downsizings, contentious situations, compensation and benefit schemes, immigration matters, occupation health and safety compliance, mobbing and whistleblowing.
Prior to joining Radovanović Stojanović & Partners, Nikola gained his extensive experience in a top-tier law firm and legal department of a Big Four firm in Serbia, where he advised clients from different industries on various employment, corporate, commercial, state aid and data protection matters.
