The firm was founded in August 2019 by fours founders namely Somboon Kitiyansub, Rittichai Ngodngam, Panuwat Chalongkuamdee and Passawan Navanithikul, created an integrated corporate finance and banking practices.

The four founders are experts in their fields and widely recognized in the market.  They have vast experience and working with global and national law firms for more than 20 years, as well as providing deep partner commitment, industry experience and a strategic approach for our clients.  The firm creates a team of talented lawyers to provide advice to our clients on their most important matters at high level of expertise.

Somboon and Rittichai were managing partner and counsel respectively from Norton Rose Fulbright Thailand and both worked with Linklaters Thailand prior to their joining of Norton Rose Fulbright Thailand. Panuwat was a M&A partner and Passawan was a Banking & Finance partner at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. (WCP). Prior to joining WCP, Panuwat worked in M&A practice and Passawan was head of Banking & Finance practice at Clifford Chance Thailand.
