By participation in various types of financing transactions, from project finance to dealing with non-performing loans, in a broad spectre of industries, from renewable energy sources to shipyard, pharmaceutical and real estate development, Petra has gained wide experience and deep understanding in the field. Whereby, the trust of her clients is not earned by her experience and expertise only, but also due to creative approach and diplomatic skills which makes her valuable member of transaction teams. Pragmatic approach results with handling transactions smoothly and keeping focus on relevant topics and client’s interest.
Besides banking and finance, she heads the Firm’s real estate department.
Advising the clients also in dispute resolution, enables her to connect the important dots and to foresee potential obstacles and weak spots on time.
