Position

Tamara Brborović has a wide range of knowledge and within the company she specialises in the practice area of collective and individual employment law, to which aim she constantly and continuously attends seminars and lectures as well as studies relevant case law and publications.She also focused her legal interests on Commercial (contract and statutory) law and representation in litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as in administrative & misdemeanour proceedings. She has also completed the WIPO’s General Course on Intellectual Property DL-101HR in 2019. Out of many attributes that distinguish Tamara Brborović from her colleagues is her creativity in solving cases, leaving no space for any pessimism, which is highly recognisable and appreciated not only by other team members in the Law Firm, but by the clients as well. Among clients, she stands out as a very self-confident and reliable lawyer who timely and fully informs the clients about both positive and possible negative outcomes of court proceedings, which is why she enjoys great trust among the clients. 
Tamara Brborović graduated in 2013 from the Law Faculty of the Zagreb University. In 2016 she passed the Bar Exam (with 88/100 points).
