The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a shift in work patterns, requiring legal guidance on issues such as workplace safety and remote work policies.

Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?

At Isen Kahveci Attorneys at Law, we are currently representing a client facing a lawsuit from former employees of a different company owned by our client in another country. We have successfully established that the two companies are separate legal entities operating under different laws and jurisdictions, proving that our client is not responsible for the workers’ claims. Although there are multiple case numbers involved in this serial litigation, we are confident that we will achieve the best outcome from all of them.

Our ability to establish clear legal boundaries between the two companies provides our client with peace of mind and the confidence to expand their operations across various jurisdictions.
