For over 10 years Alexandra has been consulting large international and Russian companies on the protection of intellectual property, personal data, confidential information, and know-how. 

Alexandra has the outstanding expertise in the field of protecting trade dress and “new product format” of the client against unfair competitors, as well as in the field of protecting copyright in software and elaboration of strategies against infringement of companies’ rights in technology and information. Alexandra is one of the authors of IP Marketing Strategy – the product for comprehensive brand protection in Russian and international markets, which is successfully implemented in large companies. 

The vast experience of Alexandra allows:

To create and coordinate complex competitive strategies using new tools of brand and technology protection, including innovative trademarks, detailed analysis of the competitive market and the state of IP protection of market participants etc.

To use strategic approach as to creation of efficient system of IP and personal data management, including all spheres of risks management (law, taxes, finances, information security, automation of business processes etc.).

Before, Alexandra managed and implemented projects in the field of intellectual property in Ernst & Young company (Center of intellectual property EY (CIS)).

She has extensive experience in teaching and mentoring (Business School EY, Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Leningrad Region, Skolkovo etc.)
