First Question: Major professional and personal achievements

Answer: The professional and personal achievements that have been accomplished are numerous, including but not limited to, the establishment of a law firm under the name of Dar Al-Muhama. It is one of the leading offices in the legal field and providing law works of various types and names, within the State of Kuwait. The activity of my special law firm was not limited to the State of Kuwait only, but extended dealings with it in many countries in the Middle East, within a short term of time. This was conducted based on study and deep planning. This planning included several axes, the most important of which is the constitution of a professional team that includes elites of the most qualified legal advisors within the State of Kuwait, as well as maintaining the clients of the law firm, meet all the client requirements and work on sustainability of the client’s presence in the law firm for a term of more than ten years.

 

Second Question: What is the action that you do differently from your peers in this field?

Answer: Constitution of a professional legal team with great legal experience, each of them having a specialization, in order to provide legal advice correctly to the client, to communicate with the client on an ongoing basis, and most importantly, credibility and transparency with the client, to follow it continuously and regularly and to introduce all modern means of communication in my law firm; in order to provide the service correctly and cope with the great technological development. This added to the clients of the law firm the latest means that enable them to follow up on their work remotely without coming to the law firm, whereby they can view his legal work without requiring their presence in the law firm, this enables them to view the defense and the documents of their lawsuits and their progress remotely, without any trouble, not charging them any sums of money and preserving their time.

Third Question: What advice would you give to your younger self?

Answer: Set goals, work on planning for the future, adapt plans that keep up with developments and create multiple plans to past avoid mistakes. Be honest with yourself and others, engage in extensive reading and acquire knowledge to achieve success. It is important to face challenges and overcome them. The most important of all is to understand that achieving success is not the decisive factor because achieving success is easier than attaining it.

Fourth Question: Could you provide me with a practical example of how to assist the client in adding value to the work?

Answer: Put the defense plan entirely under the eyes and supervision of the client and enable the client to defend in a lawsuit whether by the attorney or his adversary. Also taking the client’s opinion in the defense plan to reach the suitable way in preserving the client’s rights.
Fifth Question: What do you think would be the major challenge for clients in the upcoming 12 months inside your sector?
Answer: Keep up with the outstanding technological progress, as well as work on the preservation and continuity of the client within the firm, especially in the light of the increasing demand by the law firms inside the State of Kuwait that exceeded the number of four thousand firms and shortage of supply in the market and working on preserving the great reputation of the firm and its continuity in pioneering its works.
