Leonie Leo-Mensah is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer. As a Certified Property Valuer of the Valuation and Estate Surveying Division – Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhIS), she has in-depth expertise in Land Tenure and Ownership, Registration of Interests in Land, Perfection of Charges over Landed Property, Land Administration and Management which is invaluable in her work with both corporate and individual clients.

With 6 years plus of valuation experience, she has created a niche by combining Property Valuation know-how with Land Law to provide value-added legal advice while taking cognisance of the economics of Real Estate in Ghana.

She advises an eclectic mix of clients and specialises in astutely assessing complicated situations in Debt and Equity Securities and is knowledgeable in providing curated solutions for issues arising in her areas of practice.

Leonie is a core team member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. Her passion for practice makes her a valuable team player committed to the excellent delivery of clients’ objectives.
