Charly Kwahou holds a Ph.D. in private law, is an attorney at the Bobigny and Cameroon Bars and a Partner of the firm.
Charly Kwahou is an expert in business law and litigation and intervenes in criminal, civil, administrative, social and immigration law within the framework of the Firm’s cases.
Before joining the firm, Charly Kwahou was self-employed in the KWAHOU-AVOCAT law firm in France.
Since 2014, Charly Kwahou is also a lecturer in Business Law and Corporate Law at the University of Paris-Est Creteil in France. He regularly organizes training sessions with the Cameroon Bar Association on subjects related to the legal profession.
Charly Kwahou is President of the Association of Cameroonian Lawyers of France (AJCF), a club dedicated to the improvement of business practice in Cameroon. From 2013 to 2015, he was also the President of the Plateforme des Associations Camerounaises de France (PACF).
