Serhii Lysenko started private legal practice in 2015. Prior to that time, he worked in the prosecutor’s office, including in senior positions, since 2006.
Serhii Lysenko has been working at GRACERS since it was founded in 2019. His prior professional background helped him launch the law firm with inside out knowledge and practice to achieve the best result possible for the clients. He has extensive experience in the legal support of companies and private clients in complex white-collar criminal cases and comprehensive business protection.
Serhii Lysenko was highly recognized as a renowned professional in Criminal Defense in Ukraine by The Best Lawyers 2022, the oldest and most respected peer review publication in the legal profession.
In June 2021, Serhii Lysenko was named ‘Lawyer of the Year in Criminal Law’ as per the results of the ‘Legal Awards 2021’ by Yurpraktika, a renowned legal publishing house in Ukraine. In 2020, Serhii Lysenko was recognized a winner of the National Legal Award ‘Attorney of the Year’ held by Ukrainian Attorney Association in the nomination White-Collar Crime.
