She handles day-today matters for many companies in the field of Real estate Development and Contracting, such as: National and International companies of Rawabi Holding, which is one of the biggest contracting multinational companies in the world; and Magnom Saudi Properties, which is one of the biggest Real-estate development companies in the field. Additionally, Shorouk has wide experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, including but not limited to, URF, EOI and FIDIC contracts.

Ms. Shorouk has 5 years of experience in the fields of corporate governance, commercial, capital market, and M&A, with top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Prior to joining M. Nasser Law Firm, Shorouk has been a Junior Associate at one of the top-tier law firms with expertise in the corporate filed, where she used to advise multinational companies on their day-to-day business operation matters in Egypt (e.i., Amer Group, Marriot).

Shorouk used to advise multinational companies on various matters including incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation of companies, taxes, social insurance, negotiations, employment, corporate governance and commercial matters.

Further, she used to handle all regulatory procedures with respect to the drafting, reviewing and ratification of corporate resolutions. Shorouk has also represented a number of national and international clients before governmental and non-governmental authorities such as GAFI, FRA, NOSI, GOEIC, ITDA, MCDR, and ETA.
