Lina is partner of the firm, she has over than 13 years of experience advising local and foreign financial, insurance and capital market entities on regulatory issues, also structuring and negotiating corporate and structured financings, as well as advising clients in the incorporation, acquisition, sale and merger of financial entities. She also has extensive expertise advising Fintech companies focused on payment services, granting loans, crypto asset platforms, and crowdfunding platforms, among others.
Lina has worked in the legal departments of different local and international financial entities, among them: Banco Corpbanca Itaú (former Helm Bank) and Banco Corficolombiana [Panamá], also she has worked on top-tier Colombian law firms.
