Career

Amale has extensive knowledge of the law and judicial system. Amale provides legal advice on all aspects of Qatari Law and oversees that organizations are in compliance with all regulations and corporate governance requirements. She is involved in various domestic and international arbitrations, from the initiation of the arbitration proceedings to the enforcement of the arbitration award or handling the recourse for annulment thereof.
Amale is actively involved in various litigation matters before the Civil and Commercial Court of the Qatar Financial Centre mainly in banking, construction and commercial disputes. Amale assists companies and businesses in Litigation matters related to construction, commercial, bankruptcy, real estate, Intellectual property, banking and compliance matters. Amale drafts and reviews contracts and ad hoc legal documents including franchise agreements, construction agreements, services agreements, sales and purchase agreements, residential and retail agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and M&A agreements.
