Two decades ago, he founded with Jorge Massa a firm specialized in White Collar Crime. He is now one of the three heads in charge of the firm Cortez, Massa & Bello Abogados.
He has twenty-three years of experience advising corporations on Criminal Law, but his greatest strength is a thorough knowledge of Criminal Procedure in instances as diverse as the Police, the Prosecution and the Courts.

Luis Felipe graduated from The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and has done Magister studies on Criminal Law also at the PUCP. He has a specialist tittle in Criminal Compliance by The Universidad Castilla de la Mancha (UCLM) – Spain, is also qualified as an PECB ISO 37001 (Antibribery Management System) lead implementer
In addition, he has experience on Criminal Procedural Law teaching at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC- Laureate Group) and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP)
