With a broad experience of more than 12 years, Ms. Acosta has focused her practice in the structuring of real estate projects through trust schemes, advising local and foreign firms in their expansion plans, overseeing the application for urban licenses and zoning analysis. Management of real estate projects including advise on the lease and sale of the real estate properties in the local market.
Career
Prior to co-founding Acosta & Gaviria Legal, Ms. Acosta worked as senior associate at the former Gomez Pinzon Zuleta in the real estate practice; as senior lawyer in Terranum Corporate Properties and as a junior associate in Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría.
In addition, she worked in Fiduciaria Bogotá (trustee entity) as project executive responsible for the social housing macroprojects and also worked as a legal consultant in Lonja de Propiedad Raíz de Bogotá.
